DISTINCTIVE QUALITIES: Kolikof’s very own Scottish smoked salmon is cold-smoked and hand-cut very thinly along the lateral edges for a premium long-sliced serving. Unlike other smoked salmon options, our Scottish salmon are 100% natural and have zero additives or chemicals for artificial flavoring. Our natural smoked salmon is never frozen so you don’t have to worry about freshness. 

Long sliced salmon has the benefit of versatility and can be served along a plethora of dishes such as bagels, pasta, or cold-cut deli meats for an elegant charcuterie board.

Enjoy the delicate, smoky, flavor that has a unique, non-oily, smooth texture. Kolikof smoked salmon has been selected by many of the world’s best chefs and is served in many of the world’s finest restaurants, hotels, and airlines. Completely Kosher.

BEHIND THE PRODUCT: Kolikof Scottish Salmon, also referred to as lox, is derived from the icy waters of the Scottish Sea, Norwegian Seas and Faroe Islands. Once you’ve had Kolikof, there’s no going back.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Scotland.

STORAGE: Keep refrigerated. Store at 32ºF to 41ºF

SHELF LIFE: Use within 72 hours of opening or until the use-by date, whichever is sooner.
